Order Process

All orders are confirmed and paid via WhatsApp. We do not operate online checkout or shopping cart.

Quality & Returns

If the product is damaged in transit or clearly inconsistent with your order, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

Note

Tea is a natural agricultural product; variations in aroma across batches are normal and not grounds for return. We make no health or medical claims.
